Create and push a substrate reference (Type 10) to AEDT.
A substrate reference is a named substrate used as a reference by transmission-line models in the schematic.

ansys.aedt.core.circuit.Circuit Circuit application instance.
- dielectric_height
str,optional Dielectric layer height with units. The default is
"1mm".- dielectric_constant
float,optional Relative permittivity (εr). The default is
2.2.- loss_tangent
float,optional Dielectric loss tangent. The default is
0.0.- air_height
str,optional Air-region height with units. The default is
