- Icepak.create_two_resistor_network_block(object_name, pcb, power, rjb, rjc)[source]#
Function to create 2-Resistor network object.
- Parameters:
- object_name
str
name of the object (3D block primitive) on which 2-R network is to be created
- pcb
str
name of board touching the network block. If the board is a PCB 3D component, enter name of 3D component instance
- power
float
junction power in [W]
- rjb
float
Junction to board thermal resistance in [K/W]
- rjc
float
Junction to case thermal resistance in [K/W]
- object_name
- Returns:
pyaedt.modules.Boundary.BoundaryObject
Boundary object.
