Flag indicating if the outer couplers are removed and the remaining outer couplers are tapped. This parameter is applicable for the Interdigital, Combline, and Parallel Edge Coupled topologies of band pass filters.

This property is disabled when the pinned option is enabled for the Parallel Edge Coupled topology.

This property is disabled when the wide_band option is enabled for the Interdigital topology.
